The UBC community can now stay informed on the current operational status of IT enterprise services, such as Canvas, Staff and Faculty Email, and the Student Service Centre with our new monitoring tool, the UBC IT Status Page.
Status Page offers a user-friendly design and the ability to subscribe to push notifications via email, SMS, and social media. It is the successor to the IT Bulletins site which currently hosts scheduled maintenances, and updates on all IT services.
The Status Page project is part of multi-phase rollout, with the intention of fully replacing the UBC IT Bulletins in the future. The scope of the first phase of this project only includes integration with UBC enterprise services (please see list below). The UBC IT Bulletins site will still be used to reference remaining IT (non-enterprise) services.
